Small Animal Rotating Intern

Dr. Bradley Whelchel is a current small animal rotating intern at Iowa State University who graduated from the University of California, Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in 2021. He is interested in veterinary cardiology and is planning to pursue a residency in veterinary cardiology. His research interests include the nutritionally-mediated dilated cardiomyopathy and genetic research of congenital and acquired heart disease.
