Amanda graduated from Murray State University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Technology/Veterinary Technology and subsequently became a Registered Veterinary Technician. She has worked in small and large animal general practices, in addition to emergency and specialty medicine. Since 2019, Amanda has been working full-time as a veterinary technician in the Neurology Department at North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She also works as a relief technician at emergency and critical care hospitals. Currently, Amanda is pursuing a master’s degree in Animal Science at North Carolina State University.
