Completed the residency training in Large Animal Internal Medicine and a Master of Science degree at Auburn University. Obtained the Veterinary Medicine degree at the National University of Costa Rica. Currently a doctoral student at Auburn University. His research is focused on equine endothelial progenitor cells.
