Radically Candid DEI Conversations (Interactive Session)

The purpose of this radically candid communication program is to provide strategies and resources for managing the important and sometimes challenging conversations that center on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) related topics. Author and impact expert Kim Scott developed the radical candor model of caring deeply and challenging directly. This approach to direct, authentic communication creates a firm foundation that when aligned with seven other communication smartcuts results in successful, strong, and sustainable communication wins.
