This lecture will review recent advances in the management of calf diarrhea.

Learning Objectives:

What are the key approaches to preventing calf diarrhea on beef and dairy farms
What are the bottlenecks in outbreaks of calf diarrhea and what do we do about them?
Be able to describe what diarrhea does to the calf from a pathophysiology standpoint so we can begin to create effective treatment protocols
