This study examined the rates of insufficient sleep among care partners (i.e., informal family caregivers), as well as the associations between insufficient sleep and health related quality of life (HRQOL).

Learning Objectives:

Upon completion, participant will be able to describe the rates of insufficient sleep among care partners (i.e., informal family caregivers).
Upon completion, participant will be able to define the associations between insufficient sleep and health related quality of life for care partners.
Upon completion, participant will be able to discuss how to examine insufficient sleep and long-term health outcomes for care partners of Huntington disease, spinal cord injury and hematopoietic cell transplantation.
