Caroline Vail is a PGY-4 resident physician at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab. Caroline is originally from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and is the daughter of a speech therapist with a longstanding appreciation for the interdisciplinary field of rehabilitation medicine. She graduated from Lafayette College in 2013 with a degree in Biology and a minor in German. She spent two years working in academic medical research coordination at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston before matriculating to University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, Maine. Her non-medical interests include reading, writing, playing music, hiking, almost any sport with a boat, and listening to rewatch podcasts.
