Wendy Wurtzel PT, DPT graduated from the University of Florida in 2012 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Wendy is currently a Senior Physical Therapist at the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab Pain Management Center. Wendy specializes in working with adults and adolescents with chronic pain and POTS. She actively participates in the Illinois Physical Therapy Association, serving as an Assembly Representative and an iMAP mentor. Wendy is an Advanced Credentialed Clinical Instructor, mentoring and teaching physical therapy graduate students in the clinical environment. She has a strong interest in best practices and has been heavily involved in organizational committees focused on developing optimized clinical pathways. Wendy also focuses on outreach and educational efforts through community presentations, organizational in-services, and university lectures.
