Frank has 30 years of experience in physical therapy including outpatient physical therapist, private practice owner, and University health system Executive Director of Orthopedic Service Line. He is an international presenter, invited speaker, and lecturer on the MET framework for implementing clinical best rehabilitation in daily practice within a value based delivery system to obtain optimal outcomes. He also teaches Physiological Basis of Exercise Prescription and Pathokinesiology courses at Andrews University. He is the primary author of Interrater Reliability of Sustained Aberrant Movement Patterns as a Clinical Assessment of Muscular Fatigue (2016) published in The Open Orthopaedics Journal and he coauthored textbook Hand-Held Dynamometry: Guidelines for Daily Clinical Practice (2018). Frank graduated from the Catholic University of Leuven (1990) and Andrews University (2012).
