Julia Porcino is a mathematical statistician with the Epidemiology and Biostatistics Section in the NIH Clinical Center's Rehabilitation Medicine Department. She joined the section in 2014 after completing her M.S. in Mathematics at the University of Oregon as a computer programmer to support data analytics and coding work around the Work Disability Functional Assessment Battery (WD-FAB). Ms. Porcino currently conducts research in support of an NIH-SSA interagency agreement related to health informatics to promote the collection and use of information on whole-person function.
