Dr. Tonjua B. Freeman is the Chief Science Officer for Personality Matters, Inc. Dr. Freeman is an educator by training with over 25 years of experience in developing science-based curricula, conveying knowledge to diverse communities, and working with students, teachers, and society in general
She conducted mainly qualitative studies in the areas of science and education with many of the studies focusing on culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion. She sought to improve the learning of science for all people at all levels. Some of her strengths include creating and adjusting curricula in order to effectively reach as many people as possible. By measuring the needs in specific areas, she can identify urgencies among diverse audiences and therefore design the needed trainings.
Dr. Freeman has a passion for dispersing knowledge and helping to create healthy environments. She consistently finds time to update herself with the current advancements and technology trends and tries to incorporate them into whatever she does.
