Pedram Ahmadnezhad, M.S., PT, is a Ph.D. candidate in Rehabilitation Science at the University of Kansas Medical Center (KUMC). He completed his B.S. in Physical therapy at Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS) in Tehran, Iran, and his M.S. in rehabilitation sciences at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC), U.S.
He is currently working in the Laboratory of Advanced Rehabilitation Research in Simulation (PI: Dr. Hannes Devos, Ph.D.) at KUMC. His interest is in Neurorehabilitation and using VR Driving Simulation; EEG; & Pupillometry to study Cognitive workload in Neurodegenerative Diseases; Alzheimer's Disease (AD).

Professional background: Former physical therapist working in clinics, senior center, and hospital setting (2012-2016)
Research interests: Neurodegenerative disorders, virtual reality (VR) driving simulation, pupillometry, electroencephalogram (EEG), Alzheimer's disease, and rehabilitation
