Dr. Butzer is retired from Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital. Previously he was the Chief Medical Officer and Director of Research at Mary Free Bed. He also was the Director of the Division of Rehabilitation at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. His research interests have included value based care, the Learning Health System, and outcome measures in rehabilitation.
