I am an Associate Professor of Biostatistics in the Institute for Clinical and Translational Research at Baylor College of Medicine (BCM). I have a broad background in study design and applied biostatistics with experience. I am experienced in the application of a variety of analytic methods including general linear regression, general linear mixed models, repeated measures analysis, logistic regression, time-to-event analysis, cluster analysis, factor analysis, agreement, and meta-analyses. I am also experienced with Phase 1/2 study designs for dose escalation and biologic activity as well as imputation of missing data, quantile regression, and classification and prediction. In addition, I teach graduate students and medical students introductory biostatistics and study design. I have supported multiple clinical and translational research efforts throughout BCM and affiliated institutions and I am the senior biostatistician for the Pediatric and Early Phase Clinical Trial Network (PEPCTN).
