I deliver innovative solutions to big picture problems, as exemplified by leading a cross-functional team to win the 2020 R&D President's Award for an immersive, haptic-enabled virtual reality injection training simulator. As a leader, I'm always listening to internal and external stakeholders to improve and focus current and future Medical Strategies, and improve processes to decrease cost and increase effectiveness of my teams.
I also have 15 years research background in Neurology, Genetics, Biotechnology, Immunology, and surgical device patenting.
