Kay Bridger is a Doctoral Candidate at Nottingham Trent University and a Research Assistant at the University of Nottingham. Her PhD research focuses on psychological responses to traumatic physical injury with a particular focus on the contribution of psycho-social factors to trauma survivors’ appraisal of their experiences. She is a member of the British Psychological Society and a committee member of the BPS Crisis, Disaster and Trauma section.
