Denise Kendrick is Professor of Primary Care Research at the University of Nottingham and a practising general practitioner. She holds a DM in Injury Prevention. Her research focuses on injury epidemiology, evaluating injury prevention interventions, and measuring the longer term impact of injuries. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners, Member of the Faculty of Public Health and Member of the Royal Statistical Society. She is the Chief Investigator of a National Institute for Health Research programme grant to develop, evaluate and assess the implementation of an early intervention to enhance return-to-work and improve quality of life and wellbeing in people with at least moderate trauma.
