Ms. Leah Phillips is a research project manager with over twenty years of experience managing multisite research projects, their budgets, providing subcontract oversight, drafting project reports for a variety of audiences, and monitoring research compliance. She earned her Masters in Public Health from the University of South Florida in 2008, a Social Marketing in Public Health Graduate Certificate from the University of South Florida in 2007, and a Bachelors of Science in Mass Communication from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania in 2001.
