Dr Marie-Christine Ouellet is a psychologist by training and is full professor researcher at the School of psychology at Université Laval (Québec City, Canada). She is also researcher at the Centre for Interdisciplinary Research in Rehabilitation and Social Integration (CIRRIS). She completed her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at U Laval under the supervision of Dr Charles Morin, specializng on insomnia and fatigue associated with TBI. She completed her clinical training in neuropsychology and clinical psychology at the Montreal Neurological Institute, the Institut de réadaptation en déficience physique de Québec and the Douglas Mental Health University Institute in Montreal. Her research program is supported by grants from the Fonds de la Recherche en Santé du Québec and the Canadian Institutes of Health Research and pertains to psychopathology (particularly depression, anxiety, insomnia, and fatigue) associated with neurological conditions and traumatic injuries (traumatic injuries, brain injuries, mild cognitive impairment).
