Heather A Kendall is the System Director of Quality and Patient Safety. She has a record of exceptional leadership and quality improvement results. Her focus is improving care for all patients every encounter, improving trackable quality and safety metrics, while decreasing work burden on staff. She is highly engaged in leveraging technology, innovation and research opportunities.
Prior to coming to Brooks, she worked for many years improving the surgical quality at the University of Florida. Her clinical background includes experience in infusion, outpatient surgery, rehabilitation, case management, and other post acute care.
