Karen is a Physical Therapist with more than 32 years of experience in various settings including Acute Care, Home Care, Chronic Pain Management, Inpatient Rehabilitation and Outpatient. She is currently Director of Rehabilitation at Cleveland Clinic with responsibility for Inpatient Operations in acute care at Main Campus and 3 west side hospitals. Karen is a regular presenter at CSM and other local, state and national platforms. She is a member of the Ohio Physical Therapy Association, the American Physical Therapy Association, the Acute Care and Health Policy and Administration sections of APTA, the APTA Council of Health Systems and Council of Health Systems Steering Committee. Her professional passions include: Quality patient care, Practice and process innovation, Continuous Improvement and Influencing operations with data.
