Lauren Haack

Dr. Lauren Haack is an Associate Professor and Attending Psychologist at the Hyperactivity Attention and Learning Problems (HALP) and Wavefront Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Clinics, as well as the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Portal (CAPP) at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). Haack studies 1) cultural influences to mental health conceptualization, assessment, and treatment, and 2) accessible and culturally appropriate evidence-based services for traditionally underserved youth and families worldwide. She has received numerous awards and fellowships, including the Ruth L. Kirchstein National Research Service Award, NIH Fogarty Global Health Fellowship, and Hellman Fellows Family Award.
