I am Sandra Tremblay PT, DPT, NCS, CBIS, Rehab Clinical Specialist for Outpatient Rehab in Neuro for the Lehigh Valley Health Network. As a Physical Therapist for 34 years, I have worked in a variety of different capacities within Lehigh Valley Health Network including coordinating the student programs, research and staff education, and clinical care as a PT with primary focus in Neurologic rehabilitation. I have been involved in program development for Rehabilitation Services for Concussion management, Stroke care, Movement Disorders, and Cognitive programming. I graduated from Beaver College with my MS in Physical Therapy in 1988, and returned to Arcadia University and graduated with my Transitional Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2014. I obtained my Board Certification in Neurologic Physical Therapy in 2021. I am a lifelong learner, and enjoy providing education for students, and colleagues on all things Neuro. I am a mother to 3 great kids, married for 33 years, and enjoy running, hiking, kayaking and time with my fur babies.
