Tom Murphy is President of Inventive Software Solutions. Inventive Software together with James F. Malec, PhD, and the Oregon Research Institute was awarded a Small Business Technology Transfer grant from NIH. The project helped to develop a Web-based national database system named OutcomeInfo for accumulating, reporting and analyzing assessment and outcome measures for acquired brain injury (ABI). Tom has been assisting brain injury providers with this work for almost 20 years. Tom is a former CPA who served as Controller at Magee Rehabilitation Hospital in Philadelphia and continued assisting hospitals and health systems as Vice President for a privately owned software company specializing in decision support software and consulting before founding Inventive Software in 1999.
