Elizabeth Hoover PhD is a Clinical Professor at Sargent College of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences. She is a licensed speech-language pathologist and holds board certification in adult neurogenic communication disorders from the Academy of Neurogenic Communication Disorders and Sciences. Liz directs the Aphasia Resource Center in Sargent College at Boston University. Her research is focused on socially-oriented intervention approaches for people with aphasia with a specialty in conversational treatment.
