Alexis "Lexie" Williams is a physical therapist at Carolinas Medical Center. She has received her Bachelor of Arts in Athletic Training from The University of North Carolina-Wilmington and Doctor of Physical therapy from The University of North Carolina-Chapel HIll. She completed a neurologic clinical residency at Boston University and is a Board Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist. She serves as the neurologic clinical specialist in the acute care setting and is active in research, program development, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
