I am a second year Medical Student at the American University of Beirut. I have engaged in research across a variety of specialties in hopes of widening my horizons prior to determining my career path. Further, having completed a minor in sociology I enjoy research centered around both social and medical health. I hope to utilize research opportunities to bring about change in those areas. I am particularly interested in the stigma attached to illness and its implications on patient prognosis.
