David Brancamp, M.A., is the Director of the Office of Standards and Instructional Support at the Nevada Department of Education (NDE) and an adjunct faculty at Sierra Nevada University. Mr. Brancamp has worked as the Director of the Northwest Regional Professional Development Program in Nevada; the Nevada state K-12 math consultant; principal in K – 8 education, and a middle school mathematics teacher for over 15 years. Most of his current work is spent supporting administrators, teachers and pre-service teachers around effective, evidence-based, sustainable instructional practices for improved student understanding and application for success in our ever changing society.
