Dr. Sara C. Parke is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Mayo Clinic Arizona. She currently serves as Chair of the Cancer Rehabilitation Physician Consortium Research Subgroup within the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and is the author of multiple scientific articles. Dr. Parke’s clinical expertise is in prospective surveillance of cancer related impairment, as well as the evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal and functional disorders resulting from cancer and cancer therapy. She was awarded the “Unparalleled Patient Experience” Award by Mayo Clinic in 2020. Dr. Parke graduated from Stanford University, where she majored in Human Biology. She received her medical degree from the University of Colorado, where she was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society. She completed her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Washington, where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Parke is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and completed fellowship training in Cancer Rehabilitation at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.
