Director of Analytics

Joe has been the Director of Analytics at On With Life since 2019. In this role, he has been responsible for integrating analytics into operations and building a culture of lean. On With Life has completed several lean projects under his leadership that have developed sustainable process for the inpatient post-acute rehab and outpatient clinic programs. Prior to that, he worked at UnityPoint Health for over 20 years. During that time, he held a variety of roles in quality improvement and analytics that supported hospital and clinic improvement efforts. In 2011, he led the development of the Iowa Health Disease Registry that provided quality reporting to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services as part of the nationwide GPRO program. He holds a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality and Certified Brain Injury Specialist.
