Dr. Mike McKinnis, PhD., OTR, is an associate professor in the Occupational Therapy Program at Concordia University Wisconsin. His research interests are fall prevention with community-dwelling adults and interprofessional education. Dr. McKinnis teaches adult rehab classes, simulation labs, and interprofessional education. He is a TeamSTEPPS master trainer and leads many interprofessional events and educates both students and faculty in the TeamSTEPPS process.
