Kristi Pearage is currently a student in the Physical Therapy program at Misericordia University and will earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in December of 2022. She spent her first two years as an undergraduate studying Health Studies at Utica College and finished her bachelor’s degree at Misericordia University in the Medical and Health Humanities program. In her undergraduate program, she studied and conducted her senior thesis project on the ethics and justice in medical triage. In her graduate studies, she conducted research on a variety of topics such as Charcot Marie Tooth Disease, post COVID complication treatments, and fall prevention protocols. As graduation approaches, she hopes to publish her latest research on fall prevention and sit for the National Physical Therapy Exam.
