Kelly Saroka is a current student in the Physical Therapy program at Misericordia University preparing to graduate with her Doctorate degree in December of 2022. She has a bachelor’s degree from Misericordia in Business Administration with a Specialization in Healthcare Management earned in December of 2019, and has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 2020. During both her undergraduate and graduate studies Kelly was a Teacher’s Assistant for Anatomy and Physiology I and II, Human Structure and Function I and II, and PT Clinical Skills I and II. Kelly’s research during her graduate studies focused on international collaboration to reduce fear of falling and improve function in patients post-stroke, which she hopes to publish and present in the future. After graduation Kelly plans to sit for the boards, pursue a career in travel PT, and eventually complete a neurologic residency program.
