Ayo Oguntade is a doctoral scholar at the Nuffield Department of Population Health, University of Oxford. He trained as a cardiologist and stroke epidemiologist at the University College Hospital, Ibadan, Nigeria where he is part of the Stroke Investigative Research and Education Network (SIREN), an NIH-funded study on epidemiology of stroke in Sub-Saharan Africa. He is an inaugural fellow of the World Stroke Organisation Future Leaders Program and a Chevening/FCDO alumnus.
