Kyeong-Ah Moon, PT, B.P.T. is a doctorate candidate of physical therapy department at Yonsei University, South Korea. She is mainly focused on the musculoskeletal disorders. First, the Immediate effects of hallux valgus angle, cross-sectional area of abductor hallucis, center of pressure, and plantar pressure were consist when a manual stretching protocol was constructed and applied to hallux valgus subjects. Second, the effects were confirmed by measuring cervical spine alignment, sternocleidomastoid muscle tone, and subject comfort while using three different types of pillows of varying sizes and materials: a cervical foam pillow, a standard microfiber pillow, and a hybrid pillow that combines support and softness.
