Carmen Diaz is a sixth year PhD student in the Kellogg School’s Management and Organizations program, with an interest in team learning and communication in high-reliability organizations. Prior to starting her PhD, Carmen worked as a senior research assistant at the Brookings Institution’s Center for Health Policy. She also led clinical design interventions as a member of the Johns Hopkins Sibley Innovation Hub and consulted with Sen Sound, LLC, on the sonic experience in hospitals. Carmen graduated from the University of Virginia with a Master of Public Policy.
