Sivakumar Balasubramanian received a Ph.D. degree in bioengineering from Arizona State University. He worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher with Imperial College London. Following this, he was a Researcher at Tecnalia Research & Innovation, Spain. He joined the Department of Bioengineering, CMC Vellore, in 2014 and has been with the department since. His research interests include neurorehabilitation engineering, human neuromechanics, and quantitative movement analysis.
