I am an experienced biostatistician with expertise in clinical and preclinical studies, as well as statistical methodology research. My major research interest includes design, management, conduct, analysis and interpretation of clinical trials, epidemiologic studies and evaluation research, with particular expertise in cluster-randomized trials. I have worked closely with a variety of data sources, from primary collection of data for multi-center randomized trials to analysis of data from observational cohorts spanning years. Served as statistical methodologist in the NIH-funded Center for Clinical and Translational Science (CCTS) in UAB, I have broad collaborative experience with researchers from multidiscipline, involving in study design, power and sample size calculation, adapted methodology, data management and analysis. I have served as biostatistician in many randomized clinical trials and observational studies targeting on cardiovascular diseases, cancer, nutrition, obesity and health behavior. Particularly I have considerable experience working on preclinical studies using animal models
