Veronica Swanson is a Ph.D. candidate in UCI’s Mechanical Engineering department. She is currently researching questions of uptake for robotic rehabilitation technologies in clinical and home settings. Mrs. Swanson received her B.S. and M.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from UC Irvine. Following this, she served as the Associate Technical Director for the Institute for Design and Manufacturing Innovation at UC Irvine, and then spent time as a research and development engineer designing novel 3D printing technologies.
