Erin Finlay is a Senior Physical Therapist at Glen Cove Hospital with 8 years of experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation. For the past 5 years, she has had a focus on treating patients with Brain Injury and other neurological disorders. She earned her Brain Injury Specialist Certification in 2001 and has lectured at continuing education conferences including Northwell’s Annual Brain Injury Conference. As co-chair of the Rehabilitation Collaborative Care Council, she has been involved in many quality and performance improvement projects and presented to Northwell’s Executive Leadership.
