Bridget Cotner, PhD is an anthropologist, health science specialist at James A. Haley Veterans Hospital in Tampa, Florida. Dr. Cotner has focused on community reintegration outcomes for Veterans with disabilities and their caregivers, rehabilitation needs, and issues of access to rehabilitation services to improve physical health, mental health and quality of life. She has published over 20 peer-reviewed manuscripts in journals such as Topics in Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation, Disability and Rehabilitation, and Archives of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She received the Distinguished Alumni Award in 2016 from the Department of Anthropology, University of South Florida.
