My career has been devoted to program development for the care of technology dependent children with medical complexity. These are ventilator dependent children with respiratory failure due to extreme prematurity, congenital birth defects, chromosome abnormalities, neurologic deficits and musculoskeletal defects who are at a long term care facility with the goal of transitioning care to the home.
