Mrs. Carla Louie, MA CCC-SLP is a Speech Language Pathologist at Sheltering Arms Institute (SAI), a free-standing inpatient rehab facility located in Richmond, Virginia. There, she serves as Clinical Leader for the Spinal Cord Injury/Complex Care and Multi-Specialty units. Prior to joining SAI, Mrs. Louie was Speech Language Pathology Team Lead of Inpatient Rehab Unit at Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center.
