Becca is a speech-language pathologist who completed a Master’s of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology at Saint Mary's College. She has clinical experience in outpatient and acute care rehabilitation. She primarily works with adults with a variety of neurological disorders including stroke, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson’s, and MS. Becca's specialty areas include voice disorders, swallowing disorders, and tracheoesophageal prosthesis management. She performs TEP changes for head/neck cancer patients along with alaryngeal speech training.
Becca is an LSVT LOUD Certified Clinician, MBSImP Register Clinician, and Vital Stim Certified Clinician. She holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence with the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) and is licensed to practice in the state of Indiana. Currently, she is working as a clinical specialist at the Beacon Speech Diagnostics Clinic where she is building and updating the diagnostics program as well as working at Memorial Outpatient Therapy Services which is an outpatient neuro rehabilitation clinic. She leads a head and neck cancer support group and guest lectures at local colleges for the undergraduate and graduate departments. She loves the medical field of Speech Language Pathology as well as researching and growing as a clinician with her colleagues.
