Annalisa is a speech-language pathologist who completed a Master’s of Arts degree in Speech Pathology at Ball State University. She has clinical experience in outpatient rehabilitation working with adolescents and adults with a variety of neurological disorders including stroke, traumatic brain injury, concussion, Parkinson’s, and ALS. Annalisa’s specialty areas include concussion and brain injury management. She has performed the assessment and treatment of disorders related to cognition, dysphagia, voice, fluency, speech and receptive/expressive language disorders.
Annalisa holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence with the American Speech, Language, and Hearing Association (ASHA), is licensed to practice in the state of Indiana and is a LSVT LOUD Certified Clinician. She has presented her research focused on concussion at state and national academic conferences. Currently, she is serving as the lead of the interdisciplinary concussion team in her outpatient clinic, in addition to running a local brain injury support group, serving as a clinical instructor for graduate students, and guest lecturing at a local college in the undergraduate and graduate departments.
