Ada Chen, PhD, MPH, CRC is a current postdoctoral fellow in the Center for Employment and Disability Research at Kessler Foundation and the research assistant professor in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Rutgers University-NJ Medical School. She received her PhD in Rehabilitation Counselor Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and MPH from University of Edinburgh. She is a certified Rehabilitation Counselor.
