Senior Research Coordinator
kesslerfoundation
I do not have any relevant financial / non-financial relationships with any proprietary interests.
My formal training in clinical research and methods has resulted in my ability to oversee neurorehabilitation research studies. I have participated in various federal and industry-sponsored grants at Kessler Foundation (2008-2022), and Columbia University – New York State Psychiatric Institute Division (1990-2008).
My current responsibilities as a Senior Research Coordinator at Kessler Foundation are to oversee day-to-day operations of the Stroke Center and provide guidance and collaboration to our department’s PI/s (including research assistants, trainees, volunteers, doctoral/postdoctoral lab members and the senior research team) concerning institutional and sponsor compliances, IRB protocol preparation and adherence, conduct of research, conflicts of interest, human research participant protection, informed consent, and some administrative duties. In addition, I have managed data for numerous projects, for purposes of recruitment, enrollment, and statistical analysis.
In total, I bring over 30 years of research experience and more than 15 years of clinical trial-related work in human neuroscience. My publication history confirms my productivity and contribution to scientific research.
