Alicia is a second year occupational therapy doctoral student at Washington University in St. Louis. Her current research interests include how mobility devices influence the lives of people with disabilities and mental health in occupational therapy. Prior to starting her OT education, she worked with underserved youth teaching physical education and sports and spent several years working in higher education.
