Dr Narelle Cox is an experienced physiotherapist who has worked extensively in paediatric and adult respiratory care. Narelle's research focuses on improving health and clinical outcomes for people with chronic respiratory disease through physical activity and exercise rehabilitation; including exploration of telemedicine and technology-based strategies to promote physical activity and pulmonary rehabilitation participation. She works within the Central Clinical School at Alfred Health, and was previously an NHMRC Early Career Fellow. She is deputy chair of the Methodologists Working Group of the Thoracic Society of Australia and New Zealand and the immediate past-Chair of the Pulmonary Rehabiliation Assembly Early Career Professional Working Group of the American Thoracic Society.
