● Develops and maintains relationships with Subject Matter Experts.
● Selects and engages discussions between study teams and specific SMEs that match the needs and therapeutic area of a study.
● Helps ensure that customers obtain maximum value from the data generated.
● Reviews study protocols to make recommendations on reducing patient and site burdens.
● Represents AG corporately (conferences, trade shows, etc).
● Works with the study’s data team to interpret and explain the data formatting and agreeing on the endpoints and transfer methods.
● Performs data investigations if questions or concerns are raised by data or study teams.
● Involved in software and hardware development decisions.
● Communicates technical aspects of data collection methods and hardware aspects to the Named Accounts Department.
